Welcome to Yoga Tranquil Tuesday, a calming 1-hour yoga class designed for everyone. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to maintain a steady, nourishing practice, this class offers the perfect yoga pick-me-up!
Expect gentle, flowing movements, some guidance, and time to breathe.. no pressure, no expectations. Beginners will feel supported as poses are clearly explained with options to suit all bodies, while experienced yogis can enjoy a mindful, grounding practice that helps release tension and restore a bit of balance.

This class invites deeper grounding and presence through intentional movement with breath and is best suited for practitioners who are ready to build toward a more refined practice. From there, we move into dynamic standing postures including all the Warriors, Triangle with binds and Wild Thing, with mindful, breath-led transitions. Strength & Stillness is a dynamic 60-minute yoga class designed to build functional strength, stability, and deep body awareness. Each session blends isometric holds and mindful movement to condition the core, shoulders, quads & glutes, and full body. Expect a strong yet grounding practice that integrates breathwork, focused stillness, and intentional transitions, helping you develop endurance, resilience, and calm strength from the inside out. Unwind the week and ease into your weekend with our new Friday Fascia Release Flow. This all-levels class blends gentle fascia release using The Peanut (pictured) with a soft, fluid flow designed to help your body feel lighter, more spacious, and at ease. We’ll begin by slowly melting tension and inviting hydration into the tissues, then transition into a smooth, mindful flow that encourages natural movement, subtle strength, and deep relaxation. Expect a calming, nourishing experience that supports Fascia mobility and soothes the nervous system. Perfect for anyone looking to move kindly, breathe deeply, and end the week feeling good.

This 45 min class is a dynamic practice tailored to build strength using bodyweight resistance and continuous movement to target muscles, improve endurance and encourage overall body empowerment. Adding it to your wellness routine helps prevent injury and creates a more balanced workout. It can be as tough as you make it. Dont expect your usual yoga playlists!!
