This all levels slower yoga class focuses on grounding and presence through mindful movement, breathwork and a little meditation. Beginning with seated breath awareness and gentle pranayama, we ease into slow warm-ups like cat/cow and supine twists before flowing through accessible standing poses like Warrior 1, Triangle and Tree Pose with breath led transitions. Balance and deep stretches follow, encouraging introspection and body awareness. A guided meditation and calming breath practice prepares for a fully supported Savasana, allowing time for deep rest and integration. The pace remains slow and intentional throughout, creating a safe meditative space for every level.
This yoga class is a dynamic practice tailored to build strength using bodyweight resistance and continuous movement to target muscles, improve endurance and encourage overall body empowerment. Each individual is encouraged to move at their own pace, with variations offered to support both beginners and the more experienced. The focus is on awareness, presence, and fluidity rather then perfection.
A Yin to Yang yoga class offers a balanced blend of stillness & movement, beginning with slow, passive Yin poses held for several minutes to gently stretch connective tissues and promote deep relaxation.
